Understand the commitments we make to you and your responsibilities when you use Seymour. This document keeps the language clear, direct, and easy to reference.

1. Introduction
Seymour provides a suite of web-based tools that help teams manage projects, collaborate with stakeholders, and monitor performance across their organization.
These Terms and Conditions govern every interaction you have with Seymour, including browsing our marketing pages, using any beta or production feature, or engaging with our support team. By accessing the platform you agree to the terms below. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.
2. Eligibility and Account Responsibilities
You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to create an account. If you are accepting these terms on behalf of an organization you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity.
- Provide accurate and complete registration details and keep them up to date.
- Safeguard your credentials and notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use.
- Ensure your use complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.
3. Permitted and Prohibited Use
Seymour is intended for lawful business use. You agree not to misuse the platform or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system or data.
- Do not probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any Seymour system.
- Do not upload malware, spyware, or any malicious code.
- Do not use the service to harass, threaten, or violate the rights of others.
4. Intellectual Property
All copyrights, trademarks, service marks, and trade dress on the platform belong to Seymour or its licensors.
You retain ownership of the content you upload, but you grant Seymour a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, and process that content solely to provide the services.
5. Fees, Payments, and Renewals
Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis unless otherwise stated in an executed order form. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
Unless you cancel before the end of your current term, your subscription will renew automatically for the same billing period.
- Taxes: You are responsible for any applicable sales, use, or value-added taxes.
- Late Payments: We may suspend access to paid features for invoices overdue by more than 15 days.
- Upgrades: Upgrading plans takes effect immediately and the difference is prorated.
6. Cancellations and Termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time from the billing dashboard. Access to paid features will continue until the end of the current billing cycle.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms, fail to pay outstanding fees, or pose a security risk to the platform or other customers.
7. Third-Party Services
Certain features rely on integrations with third-party tools. Seymour is not responsible for the behavior, availability, or data processing practices of those third parties.
By enabling an integration you consent to sharing the necessary data with that provider, and you agree to abide by their terms of service.
8. Privacy and Security
We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Using the platform constitutes acceptance of the described data practices.
We maintain administrative, physical, and technical safeguards designed to protect your data. However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Seymour disclaims all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
In no event will Seymour’s aggregate liability exceed the amount you paid for the services in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Seymour, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, and employees harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of or related to your use of the services or violation of these terms.
11. Governing Law and Venue
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, excluding its conflict of law rules. Any dispute arising out of these terms must be brought in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco County, California, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date and, if the changes are material, provide additional notice. Continued use of the services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
